Since all our products are custom-stitched specifically for you, please allow additional processing time for measurements, cutting, and stitching. Quality and perfect fit are our top priorities.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within the following timeframe:

Note: Processing time starts after we receive your fabric and complete measurements. For online orders, processing begins after measurement submission.

  • Tamil Nadu (Other Cities): 3-4 business days after processing
  • South India: 4-5 business days after processing
  • North/East India: 5-7 business days after processing

Express Shipping

  • Within Chennai: 1-2 business days after processing
  • Tamil Nadu (Other Cities): 2-3 business days after processing
  • All India: 3-4 business days after processing

Same Day/Next Day Delivery (Chennai Only)

  • Available for basic alterations and ready items
  • Additional charge: ₹150
  • Must be ordered before 12 PM for same-day delivery

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated based on weight and destination
  • Customs Duties: Any customs/import duties are borne by the customer
