Welcome to Zanya Stitching. By accessing our website, booking our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Terms

Zanya Stitching provides professional stitching, alteration, and tailoring services for blouses, kurtis, pants, maxi dresses, and other garments. By using our services, you agree to the following:

• All garments are custom-stitched based on your measurements and design preferences.
• Final products may vary slightly from reference images due to fabric characteristics, customization choices, and handcrafted nature.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• Service timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
• We are not responsible for any discomfort or allergic reactions to fabrics, threads, or embellishments used.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Placing Orders

• Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person at our studio.
• All orders require a 50% advance payment to initiate work, except for bridal orders which require 75% advance.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery.
• Orders are considered confirmed only after advance payment is received.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm
• Bank Transfer: NEFT/IMPS
• Credit/Debit Cards: Via payment links
• Cash: For in-person payments only

2.3 Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Custom design requests may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before processing.

3. Measurements Policy

Accurate measurements are crucial for perfect-fitting garments. By providing measurements to us, you agree to the following:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
• We offer measurement services at our studio free of charge.
• For online customers, we provide detailed video guides on how to take measurements correctly.
• We are not responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• If measurements are unclear or seem inconsistent, we will contact you for clarification before proceeding.
• Minor variations of up to 0.5 inches in final garment measurements are considered acceptable in handcrafted garments.

4. Fabric Policy

4.1 Customer-Provided Fabric

• Customers may provide their own fabric for stitching services.
• We are not responsible for fabric defects, shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage occurring during the stitching process.
• Minimum fabric requirements will be communicated based on the design selected.
• Leftover fabric will be returned with the finished garment.

4.2 Fabric Purchased from Us

• We source premium fabrics from trusted suppliers.
• While we ensure quality, minor variations in texture, shade, or print are inherent to natural fabrics and not considered defects.
• Fabric once cut cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Our delivery and shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Key points include:

• Processing times start after measurement confirmation and advance payment.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for items shipped pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

6. Cancellation Policy

*Transaction fees may apply. Cancellations must be in writing. Refunds in 7-10 business days.

7. Refunds and Alterations

7.1 Alterations

• Minor alterations (if needed) are free within 7 days of delivery.
• Alterations due to customer weight changes or design changes after stitching will be charged.
• Garments must be returned for alterations within the specified timeframe in original condition.

7.2 Refunds

• Refunds are issued only in cases of manufacturing defects on our part.
• Defect claims must be made within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• We reserve the right to inspect the garment before approving any refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

8. Stitching Course Terms

• Registration: Full payment required to secure seat.
• Cancellation: 7 days before: 90% refund; within 7 days: 50% refund.
• Rescheduling: One-time with 48 hrs notice.
• Materials: Basic materials included.
• Certificates: Issued upon successful completion.

9. Privacy Policy

• We collect only necessary information to provide our services.
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except as required for service delivery.
• Measurement data is stored securely for current and future orders with your consent.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Product Representations

• We strive to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings.
• Design images are for representation; final product may have minor variations due to handcrafted nature.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

• Zanya Stitching's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product/service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

11. Intellectual Property

• All designs, patterns, and techniques created by Zanya Stitching are our intellectual property.
• Customers may not reproduce our designs for commercial purposes without written consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
